- Ongoing governance – provide our clients with an annual review meeting to ensure they meet their ongoing duties under the best possible outcome requirements.
- Engage workforce – provide communications needed for employees at each stage of the process and provide face to face advice for the joiners and leavers of the scheme.
- Legislation and industry changes – ensure employers are aware and act on any legislation or rule changes that impact on their duties and their workplace pension scheme.
- Re Automatic Enrolment – complete the tri annual re Automatic Enrolment requirements for employers including the submission of the declaration of compliance.
