Design

We truly believe in designing the right solution means getting the right balance between costs and on-going administration – which is supported by effective communications within your workplace and to your workers. We support you right from the beginning, all the way through to the implementation and beyond.

We gather your client data, assess your workforce and provide support with choosing the right scheme fit for you. Then we examine the different options to see what works best for your workplace and support with the best design solution including charges, investment choices, tax relief, retirement options and ongoing provider support.

All of this done to ensure that we are creating a strategy specifically for you and your workplace whether you require a new scheme or you are reviewing your existing arrangements.

This is where we gain a deeper understanding of your financial circumstances and your future goals. We will meet face-to-face to discuss the decision-making behind your current plans and look at important life events that could impact your thinking going forwards. We talk through the different types of risk and establish your own personal risk threshold. All of this is done to ensure that we are creating a strategy specifically for you.

We will also clearly set out our terms of business to ensure you have a full understanding of our liability and what we can offer.

Implement

By ensuring the detailed scheme is designed correctly this will help you with the ongoing administration and provide a better experience for you and your workplace. Implementing this at the beginning ensures minimal disruption to your workplace as possible.

We will support you every step of the way with the implementation of workplace pension scheme including implementing all changes and engaging your workforce as required. This includes liaising with the pension scheme providers, your inhouse or external payroll service and the The Pensions Regulator.

Ensuring you meet all your employer duties and achieve the best possible outcomes for your workforce is our number one goal.

This is the key stage, where our expert planners begin a detailed analysis of your current situation versus your goals at each future stage of life. If you have existing arrangements and/or financial strategies in place, we look at them in detail.

Then, with all information gathered, we provide a range of options to help you move forward, from your current financial situation, towards the future you want.

We will provide financial recommendations from a strategic perspective and we will talk these through with you in detail. You will have chance to ask any and all questions before providing us with authority to proceed.

Support

Our service has been designed to help you reduce the time you spend on running your workplace pension scheme, allowing you to focus on the activities that add value to your business. The future is never certain, so our dedicated support team will be on hand to answer any question or deal with any issues for you and your workforce.

We will hold regular review meetings with you to assess the performance of your scheme and check that the agreed strategy still fits with your evolving circumstances. We will support you with ongoing governance including communication with your workforce and supporting you with legislation and industry changes.

Every three years we will provide you with the necessary support to complete your re-enrolment duties and re-declaration of compliance with The Pensions Regulator.
